Roleplaying is simple. It's like telling a story, y'know? You can talk in first person.
I parried the blow, then followed on with a stab to the shoulder.
Or in second person.
*blocks hit* Haha! *stabs him in shoulder*
Or, as my favorite, third person.
Blix swung his sword at Zeion, but got his hit blocked. Zeion then stabbed Blix in the shoulder.
